Il Divo preps new album for Nov. 18

Songs volition be sung in Italian, Spanish and English




NEW YORK -- Superstar vocal radical Il Divo is eyeing a Nov. 18 release for its next Syco/Columbia studio album.

The as-yet-untitled set was produced by Steve Mac, world Health Organization has worked with Il Divo on several prior projects. Among the tracks expected to appear are "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "Amazing Grace" and "Hallelujah." Also making an appearing is Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "The Power of Love," which songwriters Holly Johnson and Trevor Horn have never previously approved for a cover.

According to a interpreter, the record album will feature material principally sung in Spanish, English and Italian, and a superstar-level duet is too in the cards.

Il Divo's most recent album, 2006's "Siempre," has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
